Google

When speaking of Homemade Baby Shower Centerpiece Ideas one immediately think of diaper cakes.

While diaper cakes do make for a fantastic baby shower centerpiece here are some more ideas for Homemade Baby Shower Centerpieces that will go down great with your guests.

Recipe 1: Pots Of Gold

Rose Floaters - Floating Candles Materials: 1 large terra cotta pot or small terra cotta pots (for a centerpiece for each table), gold paint, brushes, artificial roses, miniature teddy bears, ribbon, floating candles.

Method: Paint the terra cotta pots with gold paint. Stick the artificial roses to the miniature teddy bear and tie the teddy to the terra cotta pot with a ribbon. Fill the pot with water and float a lit candle in it. You have created beautiful pots of gold centerpieces.

Variations:

  • If you want a single large centerpiece do the same thing with a single large terra cotta pot. Instead of floating candles you could place the babyshower favors in the pot for all the guests to take OR ask the guests to place all the baby shower gifts in the pot.
  • You can use the gold pots as baby shower favors by filling them with candies.

Homemade Baby Shower Centerpiece Recipe 2: Baby Bottle And Balloons

These centerpieces are perfect to be used on each table. The baby bottles can also be gifted to the mother-to-be after the shower.

Materials: Baby bottles, candies, ribbons, helium balloons.

Method: Fill each baby bottle with colorful candies. Tie the helium balloons to the baby bottle and then wrap a ribbon around the neck of the bottle. Place the baby bottle with balloons in the center of the table to perk up your party.

Caution: Ensure that the balloons are floating at a height that does not block your guests from seeing and conversing to each other.

Homemade Baby Shower Centerpiece Recipe 3: Ducky delight

This centerpiece can be made as a large, single display or smaller ones for each table. The rubber ducks and baby food bowls can be gifted to the mother-to-be as baby shower gifts after the party.

Material: Small baby food bowls, yellow rubber ducky and other floating bath toys, babyshower confetti.

Method: Fill the small baby food bowl with water and float a rubber ducky in it. Throw in some confetti into the water as well as around the bowl after placing it on the table. Cute centerpieces that are just perfect for a babyshower!

    Variations:

  • Use a large baby bathtub and float different baby items in it like bottles, teethers, bath toys and the like. You can make a gift of the entire centerpiece to the mother to be after the baby shower is over.
  • Use a large bathtub with floaters except instead of filling it with water, fill it with fruit punch and use as the centerpiece for your snack table!
